These terms explain the simple rules for using our website and for working with us. Please read them before you hire us or buy from our store.
Last updated: 18 October 2026By using the CodeAlder website at codealder.com, hiring us, or buying from our store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
CodeAlder is a web development and SEO team. We build and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites, write custom code, provide SEO services, and sell digital products such as plugins and templates in our store.
The work we agree in your quote is what we deliver. A reasonable number of revisions is included. Larger changes or new features may need a separate quote. Timelines are our best estimate and can shift if feedback, content, or third-party access is delayed.
Please give us the content, access, and feedback we need, on time, so we can keep your project moving. You confirm that any text, images, or materials you give us are yours to use and do not break anyone else’s rights.
Once your project is fully paid, the final website or code we built for you is yours. We may keep our own tools, libraries, and general know-how, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Digital products in our store are licensed to you, not sold outright. You may use them as described on the product page. You may not resell or redistribute them as your own.
For custom work, fees cover the time and effort spent, so completed work is generally non-refundable. For store products, please contact us within a reasonable time if something is not working, and we will try to fix it or discuss a refund.
We take care to deliver work that is fast, secure, and does what we agreed. After launch, we are happy to fix genuine bugs in our own work for a reasonable period. Ongoing care and updates can be arranged as a separate service.
We provide our services “as is” and cannot promise specific business results, such as exact search rankings or sales figures. We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting, or changes made by others after handover. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work involved.
Our work often uses third-party tools and platforms, such as WordPress, hosting, and payment providers. Their own terms apply to their part of the service.
We keep your business information private, and we expect the same for any details we share with you.
Either of us can end a project if the other seriously breaks these terms. If you cancel partway through, you are responsible for the work completed up to that point.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled in the courts there, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
