The client, a Portuguese online store, needed a WooCommerce shipping setup that automatically displays the correct shipping methods based on brand, stock, and fulfilment location.
It had to work with the Flexible Shipping and Awesome Brands plugins and support local fulfilment, drop shipping, and international delivery, including brand-specific rules and location-based local pick-up.
Our solutionWe built custom shipping logic tied to brand, stock availability, and destination, and integrated it into the existing WordPress store, so local and drop-shipped items automatically switch between local pick-up, Portugal-shipped, and extended-lead options.
Local pick-up is available only to customers in Portugal, and the result reduces manual configuration by selecting shipping options automatically based on cart contents.
