The client wanted to swap an embedded Google Sheet for a fully interactive table on their WordPress site. The table had to keep the original design and calculation logic. Users needed to edit two specific input fields and see results update instantly, without affecting other users' sessions.
The solution had to feel seamless, look consistent with the original spreadsheet, and deliver accurate real-time calculations on the website itself.
Our solutionWe rebuilt the client's Google Sheet as a native WordPress solution, reproducing both its design and calculation logic in a custom plugin. The spreadsheet formulas were implemented so that calculations stayed accurate and updated in real time, with a smooth frontend experience.
Users can now run calculations directly on the website without an embedded spreadsheet, which improves usability, performance, and flexibility.
