The client needed a custom WordPress registration system that creates user accounts automatically after form submission and assigns each user a unique sequential reference number, such as CR0001 or CR0002.
It also needed admin tools for searching and managing records, plus automated PDF generation and email communication, to replace manual registration and document handling with a secure, automated workflow.
Our solutionWe built a plugin that automates registration and user management, giving administrators control through the WordPress dashboard.
It covers automatic account creation, sequential reference numbers, duplicate email validation, a responsive registration form with image upload and preview, an admin dashboard with advanced search, PDF generation from a custom template, and one-click emailing of PDFs to users.
